Birthday treat

Inspired by my brother and his wife, Ken and I have decided to make our birthday desserts more special. This year I requested a chocolate dessert. This is what he came up with:





Basically, it is brownies with a lot of chocolate and mint chips. It was served warm with ice cream and homemade hot fudge. I'm a lucky lady!
