It had been far too long since I'd seen my dear old dad! He made the long sojourn just to see us.
I picked him up in Seattle, so, naturally, we visited my cousin Lauren.
Millie and Rosie
These two look remarkably similar for second cousins!
Dad fulfilled one of his bucket list items- eating seafood in Seattle.
We ate at Duke's Chowder House with this amazing view just out the window!

Most of the weekend was spent watching general conference (and eating and talking way later than we should have!), but we did get to hike Badger Mountain.
Norah was stubborn and insisted on walking up most of the mountain herself. So we took turns holding her hand and sometimes carrying her (literally kicking and screaming) up the mountain to catch up.
Victory!
She was tired and crabby, but fell asleep while Ken jogged back down the hill with her.
Some great pizza.
A great time was had by all, and it ended far too soon.
Hopefully, it won't be long before the next trip!
