This is our first crop of squash!
(and one tiny tomato)
And they keep coming faster than I can figure out how to prepare them. Pretty much we are eating zucchini with everything. Zucchini quesadillas, teriyaki zucchini, zucchini salsa, zucchini salad, zucchini bread, barbequed zucchini, etc.

I liked stuffed zucchini. We use this recipe (http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/beef-stuffed-zucchini), but there's a lot of different ways you could make it.
