One of Jared's new skills is his ability to push a chair around the house and get almost anything he wants. This has opened a whole new level of the apartment to him and new items to explore and discover.
The other day, I was tidying up my room when things got eerily quiet. When I went out to the living room, I found that Jared had pushed a chair up to the shelf where we keep some office supplies. He was lying on the floor, applying what he believed to be chapstick. It wasn't chapstick. It was glue stick.
Thank goodness for non-toxic glue!

Haha. That's funny. Calvin occasionally does that too, but then he forgets that he can move the chairs for a few days, which is nice.
Vaseline for the hair, glue for the lips...he's got his fashion routine down! I love it!
I remember many of the kids in first grade at school commenting on the taste of the paste we used. I would have to guess Jared thought the taste was "OK"! (Wonder how glue stick compares to paste...)
