After one eventful late night when Jared climbed/tumbled out of his crib repeatedly, we decided it was time for a bed. After we got him the pillow he insisted on having (If it is a bed then you
need a pillow), things have gone pretty well sleeping-wise.

I like waking up to his knocking on his bedroom door.

WOW you are brave to switch so young! I'm glad it seems to be working out for you guys. I just heard so many horror stories from moms about little ones getting up all night, or fighting to put them to bed in the first place, or coming into your room to wake you up too early in the morning... I heeded all their warnings to just keep them sleeping nicely in their crib as long as possible (and put on a crib tent as soon as they started trying to climb out). Hunter's tried Sawyer's toddler bed a few times for naps, because he begged, but it never worked: he was up walking around within 2 minutes, max! I think he'll be in that crib until he's three.
This will be good, so he'll be totally transitioned before a possible move! :)
He is the cutest little boy Kelsey!
I can't believe how big he's getting! I guess that's what children do.
