I believe in bedtime routines! I've started giving Jared a bath every night (unnecessary for his hygiene but great for my sanity!) and then we sing, cuddle, read scriptures, nurse and then rock him to sleep. It has been wonderful! He no longer has his long crying jags in the evenings and usually goes back to sleep right away at night. Also this is my secret ingredient that everyone should know about!

Hurray! Sounds like you have a wonderful night-time routine! Yeah!!!!!!! Do you suppose your secret ingredient works on Grandmas, too?
Love you!

What time do you normally put Jared down to sleep, we're having trouble getting Sophie to go down at night and are willing to try anything! Her pattern has been to not go to sleep until 1 in the morning and then wake up about 4-5 hours later and then again 2 hours later. We're trying to adjust her to going to sleep earlier, so I was just wondering what time you get your little guy down. Thanks! :)
Hey I'm glad you found something that's working to improve going to bed!
I am also a great believer in bedtime routines. They've really helped Miles get to bed at about the same time every night and they're fun family time, too. We love that bedtime bath stuff!
